Good Saturday…

Today was a good day. The boys both slept until after 7:00am, which is always a nice treat. And we had pancakes for breakfast, by Carter’s request of course. He started off eating great, so we had a feeling it would be a “bulking up” day. Matt and Bennett got to run out and do a few errands, one of which was going by Target to buy a Star Wars Lego’s video game. They brought In-N-Out home for lunch, which is always one of Carter’s favorites. He didn’t eat much of his hamburger, but ate a ton of french fries. While all three boys played a little bit of the video game before naps, I got to go on a long walk with my friend (Court). I came home to a sleeping house, and both boys took great naps. Then, all four of us walked down to our neighborhood pool. We sat on lounge chairs in a cabana and watched some kids swimming in the pool. We got to visit with some neighbors, and Bennett got to run around with some boys. It was a nice outing, considering we don’t all four get out very often anymore. Carter ate an impressive plate of pasta, garlic bread and some applesauce for dinner. I don’t know if this means he won’t eat much tomorrow. We’ll wait and see. Happy Saturday!
